Our range of courses is extensive. With the introduction of the requirement for the public sector to promote disability equality, we are offering a unique opportunity for those working in the sector to develop their knowledge and expertise in this area.
Disability Equality Buzz Sessions bring together people working in related areas to explore ways in which disability equality can be forwarded through their work. They are particularly useful for those within the public sector currently preparing their Disability Equality Schemes.

Beyond Awareness: The Disability Equality Duty in the Public Sector
This full day course provides for more in depth exploring of obligations to promote disability equality. It will provide both an understanding of the legislation and disabled people's expectations, as well as plans for strategic implementation.
Facilitating Disability Access: Property Professionals and the Disability Discrimation Act
Provides essential understanding of access issues for disabled people and promotes an understanding of reasonableness. Delegates will cover key legal requirements and enable strategies to remove and not create barriers to disabled people. Suitable for those involved in buildings from design through to property management.
Disability : Essential Issues for Lawyers Working With Disabled Clients (6 hours CPD)
Specifically for those where disability is a key issue working within Employment Law, Disability Discrimination Act and Personal Injury Legislation.

A 2 day course to enable participants to undertake detailed audits within their own organisations by giving them the knowledge and understanding of different people's access needs and what the DDA requires.
