Using the Equal Ability website

The Equal Ability Group website has been developed with complete accessibility as the highest priority. We always seek to keep the documents on this website fully compliant with W3C CSS and HTML 4.01 specifications, and to provide the best possible accessibility for our users. Accesskeys

The Equal Ability website implements some accesskeys to assist users when navigating the site.

• Accesskey 'N' will skip you straight to the top of the main navigation bar, which is dispayed on the Left Hand side of the pages when viewed in a CSS compliant browser with the site stylesheet.
• Accesskey 'R' will skip you straight to the top of the main content section of the page, which is displayed to the right of the main navigation bar when viewed in a CSS compliant browser with the site stylesheet.
• Accesskey 'H' will take you back to the homepage.

Breadcrumb Trail

Our site also employs a 'breadcrumb trail' navigation element immediately above the main content section. This will display a series of links separated by a 'greater than' symbol (>), and terminated by the title of the page you are currently viewing. This shows your precise location in relation to the homepage of the website. Clicking on the links in the breadcrumb trail will take you back up the heirarchy of the site to the 'parent' pages of the current page.
